It is prohibited to copy or republish any of the materials, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, typefaces, graphics, images, illustrations, maps, designs, icons, written and other material contained on SublimePackaging.com web site.
Prices and Payment
All prices quoted to customers or shown on SublimePackaging.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices calculated and/or posted on this website may change from time to time and are subject to change without any notice.
Artwork Files/ Approvals
All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format and with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. SublimePackaging.com is not responsible for any color changes that occur in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. SublimePackaging.com is also not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixilated due to customer provided artwork. Customer is responsible for proof and layout approval prior to the printing.
Note: We will not print those artworks contain animal or human photos/images or any type of packaging used for liquor items (wines etc.)
Turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing.
Shipping and Handling
All orders are shipped via DHL(Express Service), FedEx, Air Cargo or Sea Cargo Services. Shipping transit times vary, and SublimePackaging.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Sublime Packaging ships every order with extra quantity. If you receive a shipment and the quantity is short then let us know immediately within 5 business days after you receive the shipment. Sublime Packaging would not be responsible for the quantity shortage if a customer does’t informs within 5 working days once a shipment is delivered.
Returns and Refunds
As all orders are unique, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit. SublimePackaging stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact us within 15 business days after you receive a shipment.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for;
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of images provided in the artwork.
- Design errors or color selection errors introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
- Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation.
- Damage to the products arising after delivery to the customer.
- Duplicate orders by the customer.
- Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting or other custom services.
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3 rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.
